Whether you have a place in a sponsored event or are looking for your next challenge, we are pleased to receive your support and can offer helpful resources and encouragement to help you reach your goal.
Each year we secure places in some of the most popular fundraising events in the UK including the Great North Run, Royal Parks Half Marathon and many more.
If you have an independent place in an organised fundraising event you can still support us. We are happy to provide you with a running vest and support leading up to the big day. Just let us know what your doing and when!

We are so grateful to each and every one of our fundraisers who have supported us over the years. If you have any photos you'd like to share with us to feature on our website please send them to us along with your name, event date and a brief description of what you did.
I raised much more than I thought I would and knowing it’s all going to OAUK makes me so happy and proud to have achieved my goal.
The crowd support really is second to none, and each time you start to flag or wobble, the spectators call your name, cheer you on and pick you up, and before you know it, you’re on your last mile.
I want to challenge myself more in the future and continue to fundraise for OAUK, who work for a cause that’s very important to me. They were both supportive and an absolute pleasure to fundraise for.
I dug deep and thought how the money would help Orangutan Appeal UK. All the months of hard training and badgering people to sponsor me was all worth it. That feeling will stay with me forever.
As custodians of this planet we need to protect Mother Nature for all she gives to us. Championing Orangutan Appeal UK felt like a fitting tribute to that cause.
I ran the 2023 Royal Parks Half Marathon - 21km can feel like a long way, but knowing I was doing it for Orangutan Appeal UK helped me stick to my training and brave it out on the day.
