    Independence for Canyon

    Canyon arrived at Sepilok aged around two years old after a report was made that some villagers were keeping a baby orangutan as a pet.

    Independence for Betty

    Betty arrived at Sepilok after being found alone in the forest without her mother. She needed immediate medical treatment but soon began to recover.
