Adoption scheme graduate
We are excited to announce that Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre Management have released our adoptive baby Michelle into the Kabili Reserve surrounding the Rehabilitation Centre.
Release decisions / timings are not decided by the Orangutan Appeal UK but Michelle, at approximately 4 years of age, is a feisty individual and has made good progress. Due to her very young age Orangutan Appeal UK is using one of our experienced research assistants - Victor – to keep a close eye on her movements and monitor her for her safety.
We will do our very best to keep everyone informed on her progress.
