Adopt Hujan
Hujan is the latest addition to our adoption scheme and is available for adoption now!
Hujan is a friendly little female orangutan. When she was born her mother was unable to produce the milk she needed to survive. Thanks to the necessary intervention of the Sepilok team, both Hujan and her mother are thriving.
It didn't take long for Hujan to adapt to life at Sepilok and she fits in well with the other babies in the nursery. Her wild hair and big brown eyes make her very distinctive from the others.

Hujan is a big fan of sweet foods like guava, bananas, sugar cane and pineapple. She also enjoys trying new foods but is less keen on the greens!
With each day Hujan is getting braver and more curious. Her climbing skills are developing well and she is gaining confidence in the treetops where we hope that she will soon be making nests.

It is a great time to adopt little Hujan and follow her rehabilitation journey as there are many more milestones and hurdles for her to overcome before she is ready for an independent life in the wild. We are so excited to see how she progresses at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre and hope you are too!
